Meet Brandon
Brandon Schumacher founded Shu's Tutoring in 2016 after graduating from Cornell University in 2012. A 99th-percentile SAT and ACT scorer with over 10 years of full-time tutoring experience, he focuses on building real understanding — not just teaching tricks — so students can apply what they learn to any problem the test puts in front of them.
How sessions work
All tutoring is conducted online via Google Meet, with shared whiteboards (Goodnotes) and document collaboration (Google Drive) for working through problems together in real time. Sessions are 1-on-1 or small group, scheduled flexibly to fit your week. Most students see meaningful score gains within 6 to 8 sessions.
